Three production systems I’ve led, all in AI hiring technology. Titles are descriptive; the systems belong to my employer.
More than 15 proofs of concept alongside other applied research. Several became production features. Areas include:
Workflow fit before model cleverness. An AI feature that wins the demo can still fail in daily use; I judge it by whether it makes someone’s work meaningfully easier.
Prove it small, then productise. I validate ideas as proofs of concept before committing a roadmap.
Platform judgement. Knowing when to build a reusable capability and when to customise for an enterprise account.
I started in 2012 as a technical trainer at NIIT, then freelanced as a developer and trainer. At ASIT I helped start a software-development division. In Cameroon with Paness IIHT I delivered chatbots, data-mining, and analytics work as a Big Data & AI Consultant.
Since 2019 I’ve been with Otomeyt AI in product and engineering leadership, currently leading product.
